A NEW interim executive management team has been appointed to lead the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA).
WASA in a press release stated that the new team will handle operations from Monday.
This follows the resignation of former executive director and chairman Dr Lennox Sealy last week.
WASA stated, “The Board is resolute in its quest to improve the level of service that is currently being provided and continues to examine the operations of the Authority and take the necessary decisions in order to improve these operations so as to strive to achieve its mandate.”
Attorney Ravindra Nanga and WASA’s former deputy chairman was appointed to lead the team upon Sealy’s resignation.
