AN adverse weather alert that was issued from Sunday into Tuesday has been discontinued to a Green Level.
In a 9.58 am update, the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS) stated, “Though mostly cloudy skies with rainy periods may persist in various parts, the most impactful weather has dissipated. Saturated soils can increase the likelihood of localised ponding and street flooding as well as landslides/landslips in areas so prone.”
In addition, persons near rivers and watercourses should continue to be vigilant.
