THE Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service has downgraded the Alert Warning to Orange.
But constant rainfall has resulted in flooding across Trinidad and Tobago.
In Trinidad, footage of the effects of the passage of Tropical Storm Karen has been posted on social media.
There have been reports of areas underwater in Penal, Debe, San Fernando, Freeport, Enterprise, Chaguanas, Tunapuna, Aranguez, El Socorro, Barataria, Port-Spain, Belmont, Diego Martin and Chaguaramas.
