A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD boy with bruises about his body has died at the Port-of-Spain General Hospital on Tuesday night.
Reports are that Zakariah Charles of St. Joseph Road, East Dry River was taken unresponsive to the hospital by a relative at around 8 pm and pronounced dead 30 minutes later.
His death has gotten the attention of police officers who are conducting an investigation.
Police were told by the relative that Charles was taking a noise was heard around 7 pm. Upon checking, he was found on the bathroom floor.
