WATER and Sewerage Authority (WASA) customers served by the Valsayn A Booster Station will have an interruption in their water supply on Thursday 24 October 2019, between of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
WASA said this has become necessary in order to undertake emergency mechanical repairs at the facility.
The affected areas include:
Along the Eastern Main Road from St. Joseph to Aranguez Main Road, San Juan including Champs Fleurs, Mt Hope, Mt Lambert and Petit Bourg;
Lower and Upper Santa Cruz including Homestead Gardens, Pax Vale, Pipiol Road, Sam Boucaud Gardens and environs.
Customers are further advised that it may take up to 12 hours for the water supply to normalise to some areas after the Station is restarted.
