AN earthquake with the magnitude 5.1 was recorded west of Port-of-Spain on Friday morning.
Th Seismic Research Centre of the University of the West Indies said it occurred at 4.11 a.m.
It was felt in parts of Port-of-Spain, Diego Martin, Belmont, Bayshore and Cascade.
Thus far there are no reports of any serious damage or injury.
