PATRIOTIC Front political leader Mickela Panday is warning citizens to be aware of some-one impersonating her.
Posting on her official Facebook page, Panday stated, “BEWARE: A FAKE PHONE NUMBER 306-5518 IS REACHING OUT TO PEOPLE PRETENDING TO BE ME. THIS IS NOT ME.”
She stated, “This is NOT my phone number or my Facebook page.
The WhatsApp profile picture of the number bears the face of Panday.
Panday advised, “Don’t be fooled. Stay alert. Stay informed.”
She also stated the numbers she can be contacted on are : 288-5020 or 702-9786.
Last week, the People’s National Movement (PNM) also warned the public about a Facebook page that was falsely presenting itself as being affiliated with the party.
