THE Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has a new board.
On Wednesday, a formal ceremony was held at the Ministry of Public Utilities Head Office in St Clair where Minister of Public Utilities Barry Padarath presented letters of appointment to the newly constituted board.
The new board members are:
· Roshan Babwah (Chairman)
· Maurice J Hoyte (Deputy Chairman)
· Tawari Tota-Maharaj
· Chaitram Brown
· Kern D. Saney
· Naveen Maraj
· Indra Mohammed
· Patricia Herry
Also in attendance were Minister in the Ministry of Public Utilities Clyde Elder and Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry Shivanna Sam.
