A TRUCK driver has been crushed to death by a container in Freeport.
Reports are that Nigel Rampersad,43, was driving a truck while towing a trailer registration on the compound of Sampson’s Transport Company Limited around 6pm on Monday when the accident happened.
The truck jack-knifed and this caused the container to fall unto the truck’s cabin crushing Rampersad.
Rampersad, a father of four, lived at Felicity Chaguanas.
