FORMER attorney general John Jeremie, SC, was held up and robbed at his Balandra beach house on Saturday.
According to police reports, Jeremie was at his beach house located at Toco Road, Rampanalgas Village, Balandra.
Police said around 11 am, the 57-year-old attorney was at his beach house when he was approached by an armed man.
Investigators said a man clad in a black t-shirt, a long blue jeans with a bandana over his face entered the house and held up Jeremie at gunpoint.
Jeremie was robbed of $7,000, one iPhone valued at US$1,000 , one CZ pistol and six rounds of 9mm ammunition.
The suspect then escaped.
