EIGHTEEN-year-old Isaiah Moreno is missing.
Moreno, of Couva, was last seen on August 28 and reported missing to the Couva Police Station, on August 30.
He is of African descent, five feet, seven inches tall, and is slim built.
He is light brown in complexion with a short hairstyle.
Isaiah was last seen wearing a black long-sleeved jersey, a pair of black three-quarter-length pants and a pair of slippers.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Isaiah Moreno, is asked to call the Couva Police Station at 636-2333 or 800-TIPS or contact the police at 555, 999, 911, or call any police station.
