FOR Carnival Monday and Tuesday, the Priority Bus Route (PBR) is partially open to the public.
The Ministry of Works and Transport in a public notice advised that authorisation has been granted to light motor vehicles only to utilise the PBR from Port-of-Spain (Abattoir Road) to Champs Fleur/Mt. Hope on the eastbound lane only.
Authorisation has been granted from 5 pm to 12 midnight.
