A virtual condolence book has been opened for the late Franklin Khan.
The former minister of energy and energy industries passed away at his Maraval home on Saturday.
A release from the Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI) stated that the virtual condolence book could be found on the ministry’s website – www.energy.gov.tt.
